We want you to feel confident in your purchase from Salt & Remedy Homeopathy. If you need to request a return, please read the policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Homeopathic remedies (due to their nature as health products)

  • Opened or used items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or made-to-order items (if offered in future)

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, feel free to contact us.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please request a return first (if eligible), and then place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
